Park Station at the Crossroads of La Mesa is a new smart growth community planned for downtown La Mesa. The community, less than a five minute walk to the La Mesa Boulevard Trolley Station, would be located between Baltimore Drive and Spring Street, offering local residents and business owners a variety of amenities and services.
The plan has been proposed by the Kitzman Family, which has owned the property for more than 50 years and played an active role in east county for nearly 100 years. The submittal to the city is an amendment to the existing Downtown Village Specific Plan. Park Station would complement the city’s ongoing efforts to revitalize the downtown area by including a wide variety of uses, such as residential, office and commercial, and improvements. |
